ourobotos is a writing project about software, systems, and the ideas that connect them. It's where I think through things that seem obvious until you look closely.

The name is deliberate. An ouroboros is a snake eating its own tail — a symbol of cycles, self-reference, and recursive regeneration. Most interesting problems in software have this shape: understanding something by building it, building it to understand it.
